Members should be aware that third-party linked sites might contain confidentiality provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. Polwan.org is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions. Polwan.org does not knowingly collect personal information regarding children.

Communications from Polwan.org
By using this service, you agree to receive communications from Polwan.org that are necessary to the use of the service. From time to time we may send you messages through the Polwan.org service from our sponsoring organizations in order provide you with information about that organization’s services or programs, which may be of interest to you. Information and links for the purposes of making donations to funds that are established to provide support for Polwan.org and Members are permissible.  Members are advised to donate at their own risk.  Polwan.org is not responsible for donation requests or payment links posted by Members and expressly disclaims any liability related to donation related links on any contents.

Polwan.org reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to this Site. Polwan.org operates this Site and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without notice. The failure of Polwan.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
